Welcome to Clikers Motion Picture. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how we provide our services, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you when you choose us for your photography needs. By booking or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Our Services
We provide wedding, pre-wedding, and event photography/videography services along with related products. The details of your booking—such as dates, timings, and deliverables—will be agreed upon in advance. Any special requests must be confirmed in writing.
2. Booking & Payments
To confirm a booking, you must pay an advance (as communicated at the time of booking). This advance is non-refundable. The balance payment must be cleared as per the discussed timeline, usually before or on the day of the shoot.
Work delivery timelines begin only after full payment is received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel your booking, the advance amount will not be refunded. However, in genuine cases, we may allow you to adjust the advance against a future booking (subject to availability and updated pricing). If you cancel close to the event date, no adjustment or refund will be provided.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All photos and videos captured remain the intellectual property of Clikers Motion Picture.
- Clients receive personal usage rights, including printing, sharing with friends and family, and posting on personal social media.
- Clients cannot sell, resell, or use the content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
- We may showcase selected photos/videos in our portfolio, website, or social media unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
5. Travel, Accommodation & Other Costs
For outstation events, the client must bear travel, accommodation, and food costs for our team unless agreed otherwise. Suitable arrangements should be made to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
6. Exclusivity
During your event, Clikers Motion Picture should be the exclusive professional photography/videography team, unless agreed otherwise. This helps us maintain quality without disturbance from multiple teams.
7. Safety & Conduct
Clients are expected to provide a safe working environment. Any form of harassment, unsafe conditions, or damage to our equipment may result in us discontinuing services immediately, without any refunds. Clients will also be responsible for compensation in case of intentional damages.
8. Service Delays & Changes
We try our best to deliver within promised timelines. However, in rare cases (technical failures, health issues, or unavoidable events), delays may occur. We will keep you informed and ensure smooth delivery. We also reserve the right to make changes or updates to our services when required.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we put our best efforts into capturing and delivering your special memories, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as venue restrictions, sudden weather changes, or third-party interference. In all cases, our liability will be limited to the total amount paid by the client.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
